Different billing and shipping addresses
Yes, you may order online with
different billing and shipping addresses.
Once you place the item that you've chosen into the shopping cart,
our server will take you to the checkout screen. Near the bottom of
the page of the checkout page, there's a small empty box and next to
it is printed: "Use separate shipping address"; once you click that
box, the next page will allow you to input both addresses.
Please be sure that all of your information is correctly entered -
email, phone #, crv # etc... as that the credit card companies
closely scrutinize orders that have a different billing address.
Credit Cards
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and echecks.
Checks, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks
We no longer accept paper
checks, but we do have an online echeck system that lets you pay by
check without having to deal with the mail or waiting for the check
to clear. Just choose the echeck option when you check out of the
shopping cart.
Tax
We only collect sales tax to orders shipped to Idaho.
Canada
We would love to sell our products in Canada, but the shipping
regulations have become so ridiculous that we have given up and no
longer accept orders from outside the U.S.

Pricing
All prices on pondsupply.com are in U.S. dollars. Prices, inventory,
availability and packaging are subject to change without notice. We
reserve the right to limit sales, including the right to refuse
sales to re-sellers.
Errors and Corrections
Although we try to keep the website updated with the most up to date
pricing and availability errors do happen. We are not responsible
for a pricing error on our website. If an order is placed and an
item in the order is deemed to have been incorrectly priced
(including shipping cost errors), the customer will be contacted for
a price update before the order is processed.
Promotions
Promotional items include any free item/gifts you receive with your
order. Promotional items are only available on certain items, where
stated. These promotions may be changed or revoked at any time.
Promotional items may be shipped separately from your order via a
different carrier or method of shipment. If you are returning your
order promotional items must also be returned.

Shipping Charges
Shipping rates are determined by the size and weight of the items.
When placing an order you will be asked for your zip code - which
will calculate and display shipping charges.
Delivery Time
The time to allow for delivery depends on the shipping method and
distance to your home. Our goal is for your package to be on its way
to you within 48 hours (late Friday or weekend orders may take a
little longer to prepare).
P.O. Boxes
UPS and FedEx will not ship packages to P.O. boxes
Oversize Items
Some items (such as large pond kits) must be shipped via truck line.
These items usually require additional shipping charges for
residential delivery, truck lift gate and/or phone ahead scheduling.
Tracking
When you place an order you will be emailed an order number and a
link into our tracking system.

able to track your package and correspond with our order desk
through the order status interface.
